Your 14-Day Right
If you're a consumer in the European Union, EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended by 2023/2673) gives you a 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw from most online purchases, no reason needed. The window starts the day you receive your goods.
Please note the exemptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that can spoil or expire quickly, or to sealed food items that aren't suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened. As a candy shop, this covers most of our edible products. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items are always covered by our Shipping & Returns policy regardless.
